Refund policy

We have a no-return policy, meaning all sales are final. Cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return, your item must be incorrect. The hair must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, contact us at zabeauti13@gmail.com. Please note that the return address will be emailed.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a one-time courtesy return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, letting you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items may not be returned, such as customized wigs due to health and sanitary reasons. Please contact us for any return questions or concerns via email about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All packages come with a tracking number, allowing you to create a case with the shipping carrier. Please review our shipping policy for more information.
